1. they don't have any conflict with each other! if you are really motivated to learn both in the same period of time It wouldn't cause any problem! but if you are 0 in both, it would be little hard and time consuming, in this way it is better you start the languish which is a little further from your native languish, I think, at first
2. do u mean u want learn arabic ...but from english book .. as like thats we say (HELLO = MARHABA) in arabic but using english letters .. bcs u seem u know english well ... so yes u can learn arabic alone in this way ....but if u want learn the arabic as what say and write in arabic letters ...so i think u need start take courses ...at least at first ..then u can start learning by own self . good luck .
