This extremely weak hadith is accepted by millions of Muslims worldwide ? why?
Aisha said, "Asma, daughter of Abu Bakr (that is, Aisha’s sister), entered upon the Apostle of God (pbuh) wearing thin clothes. The Apostle of God turned his attention from her and said, "O Asma, when a woman reaches the age of menstruation, it does not suit her except that she displays parts of her body except this and this," and he pointed to her face and hands. (Sunan Abi Dawud) This hadith is found only in the hadith collection of Abu Dawud (no. 4095). According to Abu Dawud, it is considered weak because the narrator who transmitted it from Aisha is not known (mursal). This hadith which 99% likely to be untrue has been the sole reason why muslim female have to wear the hijab (headscarves) . The Ulama's of Morocco have decreed that hijab isn't mandated by Islam. Don't talk about the Quran and Hijab, it's not there.Stop misquoting Sura An Nur please. The Q :Why do muslims insist without proof that hijab is Islamic? btw , i'm muslim

- Assalamalaikum dear sister, please see the following hadith from Sahih Bukhari as well: Narrated Safiya bint Shaiba: 'Aisha used to say: "When (the Verse): "They should draw their veils over their necks and bosoms," was revealed, (the ladies) cut their waist sheets at the edges and covered their faces with the cut pieces."[6] Sahih Bukhari 6:60:282, Sunnan Abu Dawud 32:4091 Also, if you even look at present day nuns, and even pictures of Maryam (peace be upon her), you can see the similarities between them and Muslim sisters observing proper hijab. Interestingly, even the Bible mentions this: "If a woman does not cover her head, she should have her hair cut off; and if it is a disgrace for a woman to have her hair cut or shaved off, she should cover her head" The Bible 1 Corinthians 11:6 I hope Inshallah this convinces you. Peace be with you dear sister.
- That hadith was verified and corrected by sheikh Albani It is not very weak hadith as you say Hijab is MAINLY in Quran according to their understanding to the word khimar Do you think that the prophet will allow them to do something which is not in Islam You know very well that during the days of prophet Muhamed peace be up on him they were wearing it How about the hadith which says that the woman should not cover her face during haj..Is that weak also?! Doesn't that give you the implication that they were not only covering the hair but also covering the face.
