1. yes. Let's have a country with different laws for each demographic group. That makes about as much sense as tlts on a bull.
2. Sharia law will only take place if it's voted in. Congress can barely unite for good issues, so I suspect they won't unite for Islamic law.

4. Um, if the USA had been a colonial power that ruled over Islamic lands and had an open immigration policy and had vastly different court systems and a different constitution, then possibly yes. In the real world, no.

10. Religious folks against the separation of church and state: I hope you are paying attention to what is going on in Europe. We have to protect ourselves, our beliefs, our freedoms, and your religions, by insuring that our goverment doesn't cave to religious pressure of any kind. I hope in my heart that this is one issue that American Christians, Atheists, Muslims, Jews, Pagans and so on can all find common ground on.
