Hadith: A question for Muslims?
Okay, first of all, I'm saying this as a non-Muslim, but if you've come to answer by saying that Islam is a false religion or Muhammad did this, Muhammad did that... I will report you, because you're not answering my question. This question is intended for Muslims. I already own a Qur'an, but I'm interested in getting a book of Hadith, what would be the best book of Hadith to get? If possible, post an Amazon link to the book in question... - all have answered you well with good links..... but i just want you to know that you will be in my prayers. i think it is so beautiful when ppl go out in search of knowledge.... especially when it is the knowledge of God. the Prophet(saw) said that the ink of the scholar is even more valuable than the blood of the martyr (i don't know the exact quote for this hadith.... inshallah you'll be able to tell me once you get your books:) asalamwalaikum EDIT: i read in your profile that you are an atheist. i apologize if my response offended you (i know most atheists dont like the idea of being prayed for) but i thank you for being so vocal about your stance on Islam, and moreover, for actually researching before you formed an opinion. that's a wonderful that has become a rarity in Western culture
