Muslims? About the Hadith????
What revrance do you hold to the Hadith. Where dose it fit into the scheme of things as a Muslim. Is it your Law say like the Tora is to Jews. If you ran a country would your leaders use it as there guide?

- the hadith are a collection of sayings and deeds of the prophet. they teach Muslims on how to implement their faith into their lives. Without the hadith, you cannot fully practise the religion. the Quraan and the hadith are both needed. for example, the Quraan tells you to pray but not how to. the hadiths of the prophet teach us this. they are our (muslims) perfect example of how to live a righteous and spiritual life. they are our guide. when the prophet was alive, his close companions would record what he said and then pass them down generation to generation. they are classified from the most sound ones (accurate) to ones that are not so accurate [ i forget the name]... perhaps my brothers and sisters will recommend a site to which you can leanr. i hope iv answered your question. Peace.
- Hadith is divided by two..it is strong hadith and weak hadith.. Every word come out from Muhammad is known as Hadith.. Hadith is a another guidance after Quran..But Quran is the highest than Hadith.. It is stated that Tora is only for the people whose live during the life of Moses Then after come Muhammad the other generation will followed Quran But at the same time we must believe that Tora, Bible, Quran and the other one (dont remember) is come from Allah
- The Hadith was written by Muhammed(PBUH*). Muslims follow Shariah Laws that were by ALLAH.
- Hadith is a guide, which has been corrupted at times. It is as valid as the Bible, to Muslims. Hadith can give wisdom and guidance where a person is unclear on what the Quran says on a particular topic, but any hadith which contradicts the Quran or common sense is absolutely false.
- All praise is due to Allah and peace and blessings be upon the beloved Prophet Muhammad. The reports of the Prophet's sayings and deeds are called ahadith. Each report in a collection was checked for compatability with the Qur'an and the veracity of the chain of reporters had to be painstakingly established. There is a site that i will provide with you on the bottom that can give you a better idea of how Islamic law was and should be established. Click on HOME and maybe there are more answers to any questions you may have about Islam. Allah knows best.
- Dear Mr.Michael P, The Holy Qura’an is the words of God,and the Hadith is the speeches by prophet Muhammad(PBUH),they complete eachother and perform the teachings of Islam, but the we always know that the Qura’an is the words of God and the Hadith is the words by the messenger of God. The teachings of Islam organise everything in our lives, and one of them leadership, prophet Muhammad was a very good leader and we still learn new things every day from his biography. History is full of great muslims leaders like:Omar Ibn Abdul-Aziz and Salah Al-Din Al-Ayouby,those two leaders came after the prophet’s death by several centuries, and they were very powerful, merciful, and fair.Of course there is also some the companions of the prophet who ruled after his death like:Abou Bakr,Omar Ibn Al-Khattab,Ali Ibn Abi-Taleb,and Othman Ibn Affan, they were all wonderful examples of the good muslim leader, you can read about them, you will find all you asking about. To tell you the truth, not all muslim leaders nowadays follow Islam’s teachings on leadership exactly, and that is why we are not from the advanced countries, but when the muslim leaders applied the teachings of Islam they ruled the world, and that is obvious in the middle ages.We are ordered to obey our leader,to keep the safety and the stability of our countries, and if someone, or a group disobeyed the ruler or did things that may disturb safety in their country, they would be considered sinners as they broke the law of obeying the leader. I hope I gave you some of the information you wanted. and,Peace be with you.....
