Alsalm alaikum I know only 3 laws which are written in hadith books and not written in the Quran . 1- The punishment of the married adulterer is stoning to death. 2- The punishment of the apostate is to kill him . 3- The punishment of the gay is to kill him and his partner . 1) I could be wrong, but from what I understand 4 witnesses in court must be trustworthy males. Only in one instance in the quran does it say that two women's testimony is equal to one man- in financial agreements- but shariah reduces the value of a female's testimony to other events as well. 2) I'm not sure whether the quran says witnesses must all be believers or not, though shariah seems to make a kaffir's testomony either reduced or completely invalid in court. 3) I was told by someone that if during stoning the adulterer escapes from the ground he/she's buried in, they're set free. If this is true, it goes against the hadith where a man ran away during stoning but was recaptured and the punishment continued, and secondly would make the entire punishment pointless if some adulterers escape a penalty just because they're strong enough to escape from the ground. Women are buried deeper than men, so it would usually be a man that escapes. 4) That angels won't visit a house if there's a dog inside. Does this mean the sleepers in the cave for 300 + years had no angels to protect them, since the quran specially mentions they had a dog keeping them company the whole time? Maybe the Taliban had a law against keeping dogs inside the home. 5) The law of inheritence, because the fractions don't add up when using the quran alone as only some scenarios are specifically mentioned. Ansar Al Adl addresses these critics by stating "[a]fter having examined the claims, we find that they are built on misunderstandings. The Qur'an does not address the cases mentioned (eg. Ali Sina mentioned what if a man dies with 3 daughters, a wife and 2 parents?), and the reason is because the Qur'an gives the general details, while the Prophet Muhammad's teachings go in more detail in explaining the Qur'anic concepts." So the quran relies on supplementary materials, like ibn Kathir's tafsir, to explain inheritence.
All the laws pertaining to the details of the prayer are from the Sunnah (Ahadith). Also, the married adulterer law is in the Qur'an.
The religion of Islam (Submission) today still continues to be one of the misunderstood religions in the world. One reason for this is the fact that for centuries this beautiful religion has been unduly presented to the world through the so-called Muslim people, scholars, and countries that do not act or function in an Islamic manner, according to teachings of the Quran. The result of centuries-long ignorance is obvious. Not only has the religion of Islam been given a bad name, but also Muslims all around the world today are suffering the consequences of abandoning the teachings of the Quran, in favor of innovations that have nothing to do with religion. One of these innovations is the volumes and volumes of hadith books written some 200 years after the death of Prophet Muhammad. These hadiths are sayings that are attributed to the prophet. There are many hadiths that either contradict the Quran or don't make any sense at all. While there may be some genuine hadiths that don't contradict the Quran, there is no way to prove their authenticity even if the collectors of hadiths may claim so. Only God knows what the truth is. Hadith to Explain the Quran! Some say we need the hadith to explain the Quran because the Quran is too difficult to understand. Why do people who find it difficult to understand a single volume of God's revelation feel it necessary to refer to 50 volumes of hadith books for clarification! Would God reveal a message so difficult to understand, yet expect people to follow it? This does not make sense. Furthermore, God tells us in the Quran many times: "we made the Quran easy to learn, does any of you wish to learn?" (54:17, 22, 32, 40) Doesn't God know what He is talking about? Doesn't He know His creatures' abilities? It is almost impossible for anyone to go through all the books of hadith without getting confused and totally lost, especially if the person wants to examine what each different sect has to offer. That's why the so-called Islamic universities offer academic degrees in studying hadith to raise "learned men" of the religion. These students literally waste their time to learn all the details of living their lives in accordance with the supposed sayings and deeds of the prophet. The religious rules and regulations based on such innovations contain and cover literally every aspect of life from walking, eating, laughing, sleeping?almost anything one can think of. The rules such as how to use the bathroom and what to do in there! The details are too gross and shocking to mention. Appalling Hadiths There are even grosser sayings and deeds attributed to the prophet regarding his sex life, preferences and sexual de-sires. Didn't these so called narrators have anything else to do but peek in the Prophet's private life? How could such perverse narrators be considered reliable sources of information? These are the type of people who produced such blasphemous and incredible lies against a prophet of God! More incredible is the hypocrisy of the religious "experts" who supposedly follow these lies out of love and respect for the prophet! There are also many silly things in the books of hadith such as whether one should drink a glass of water standing or sitting? Why should anyone care? Why are these kinds of irrelevant details important to some people? Because these people are completely ignorant about the essence of the religion of submission, and thus they think the religion is a bunch of rules and regulations on the petty details of life. They make the religion difficult for themselves while being proud of having difficulties and misery as part of their devotion to their "religion." Which religion or god are they devoting themselves to? It cannot be the same One who clearly stated in the Quran that He made the religion easy for us, that He did not reveal the Quran to make things difficult for us (20:2).
24:1] A sura that we have sent down, and we have decreed as law. We have revealed in it clear revelations, that you may take heed. [24:2] The adulteress and the adulterer you shall whip each of them a hundred lashes. Do not be swayed by pity from carrying out GOD's law, if you truly believe in GOD and the Last Day. And let a group of believers witness their penalty.* the above Verse say An Adulterer and Adulterss..regardless of marital status,hadith have made this complicated where as Allah has made this very simple by declaring Adulterer and Adultress,no question and doubt about their marital status...there fore the one who follows hadith does reject Quran.
To me the Koran is the word of god to the Moslem's the Hadith are the traditions and church laws that are man made
