Who wrote the hadith of the old woman who threw garbage each day, fell ill, and was later forgiven?

I've heard it said here before, then I read someone that it's a Bahai story made up later. Does anyone have the hadith citation? The hadith goes something like an old Jewish woman would throw garbage that the prophet each day. One day she didn't do it and he learned that she was sick. He visited her and forgave her when she said she was sorry.

  2. This story is nowhere to be found in original Islamic texts, it was made up, actually copied, to make Muhammad PBUH look good, in fact read a real story written many centuries earlier, Ibn Ishaq: "Who will rid me of Marwan's daughter?" `Umayr b. `Adiy al-Khatmi fulfilled Muhammad's wishes by killing `Asma at night.
  3. It is not hadith , it is written in the biography books of prophet Muhamed . The story says that the prophet had a Jewish neighbor. Everyday the neighbor would throw his garbage at the Prophet’s door! Then, one day, the garbage stopped appearing. The Prophet wondered why and asked people about what had happened to his neighbor. He was told that the neighbor was sick, in bed.So, the Prophet went and visited his Jewish neighbor to make sure he’s ok and to wish him well. So touched was the Jewish neighbor that he later converted to Islam.
  4. one who follows hadith surely nagates Glorious Quran.
