Why Shias reject Hadith while accepting all the fabricated history?

History has somany and somuch contradictions,Then why shia base their religion on it.

5. Shia rejects hadith bcoz they r not in their benefit and doesn't proof the concept of IMAMAT . The concept which is fabricated ,To distort the concept of TAWHEED and FINALITY of prophet (saw). On the other hand they accept all the fabricated history which denounce islam,and the character of companion and wives of prophet(saw). Shias reject the concept and ayah of quran on the bases of fabricated history. Quran clearly says that : Mohammad (saw) is the last prophet, But shia give Ali(RA ) a rank which is higher than prophets. This is a known fact even if they deny it as a TAQIYYA. SO isn't it against the concept of Khatm E Nabuwwat ( Finality of prophets) ???
6. Well my confusion is why do they put up the Ahadith over the Quranic Verses? They have some kinds of Ahadith and they claim to base their beliefs in them. Well by far their Ahadith are contradicted by the Qur'an, but yet they like to believe in certain Ahadith and practices may be just because it makes them separate from the rest of the Sunnis, trying to play a Separatist Movement.
