  8. Don't know; but you'd find it tough to get bible into places like Saudi. Their loss.

  10. I don't know how many. I'm very very sure Iran has, Saudi Arabia too. they are the most Islamic. Pakistan is an Islamic republic, but are more liberal and have more religious diversity, as do most of the others, so I think it's just those two.
