Question: There is a Hadith that when a baby becomes 120 days old, then it has its soul. My question is, what happens to the babies if they die when they are almost born? Do they enter paradise? 2. Any living creature be it man or beast has a soul. Nonsense on the 120 day thing. Where on earth did you get that from? Baby's automatically go to heaven. They do not know sin.

5. Yes a baby does have a soul after the first three months of pregnancy according to the Quran. If a baby dies regardless of the circumstances, he goes to paradise because a baby is never judged! Only when the person grows up and hits adolescence is he or she judged based on decisions and actions.
