There is a famous prophetical statement told by prophet Muhammed and narrated by Bukhary, Muslim and other scholars. The statement says that prophet Muhammed said about himself he was so special person because he was given victory by terrorising people and also because god allowed him to loot his enemies. Prophet Mohamed was not a Buddha monk sitting and eating, he was a fighter and never tolerated people that wanted to terrorize him and destroy Islam, so he fought them and terrorized them and that is what he's referring to that statement, his enemies.
yes the truth is that Muhammad terrorized all of the cities and towns surrounding his base of operations. All Muhammad gained was by looting, terror , murder and rampage, especially of the Jews who he hated. Palestinians today follow the same modus operandi, in terror against the Jews to excise the Jews from their land.
it's true, "nousirtou bil ro'b" which means exactly: I was given victory by terror but it's trancated, the whole sentence was: "I was given victory by terror 3 days march distance from my ennemies" cause muslims at that moment were so combined and strong at fight and they were known to be not affraid from death. all their ennemies were affraid to hurt any muslim man or woman cause they know they would have to fight all muslims

One year before Prophet Mohammad PBUH death, news reached him that the Romans are preparing a huge army to invade the city of Islam. He decided not to wait and to move to them before they come to him. He prepared his army in hurry and moved toward them and he reached their place after one month travel. The Roman heard that he was coming and they were afraid to meet him so they withdraw before he reached them. When he knew that he said I was given victory by horror the travel of a month. Mohammad PBUH never loot people and made this forbidden in Islam.
that was in wars, Muslims became so strong that their enemies were afraid . it's not any every day's life ,because the Prophet forbids terrorizing people . only in wars.

The word "terrorising" could be a matter of translation. Study the Old Testament as well. There was a whole lot of warfare and massacre there as well in the name of the Lord. Please quote the exact book and verse of Haditha for our consideration.
