When you say "I am a Muslim", apart from Allah(swt) and his messenger Prophet Muhammed(Pbuh)?

What is that you represent on a personal level? In other words what does being a Muslim mean to you and how well do you think you have done as a representer of Islam? Thanks in advace for your answers. Peace and Love to you all!

1. A muslim is always honest and just.Thats the basic concept of Islam.I don't think I am the best representative of Islam but I try my very best.But my message to all non-muslims is that if you want to know islam go to the books not the people.
2. Islam is from Allah. We don't really represent anything apart from our submission and love for Allah. Prophet Muhammed PBUH was the best representer of Islam. I don't think I am anywhere near him but I try my best but I'm weak when it comes to certain things. No human is perfect.
3. Salamu Alikum. First We are living in a age where Muslims are scrutinize readily. Unfortunately we are our own worst enemies. Even though it hard to be a Muslim these days, we especially those who are living in the West, have to show and live as a Muslims not only for our own benefit and protection from Fitans, but also for the Purpose of Dawa. For Example this site, there are alot of people that come and read some of the comment made by Muslims, and to learn about Islam. Unfortunately they are met with hostility, hostility of "SOME" Muslims to other Muslims. So for the Love of Allah, and his message I always ask myself would this please Allah, and his messenger fore I am the barer!
4. i represent that Islam is religion of peace. Portray true image of Islam to ignorant Non-Muslims. i try my level best for this, Insha-Allah...
5. I'm a Muslim... When I say that I mean that I obey to one and only God, Allah. I love Allah and Islam, the final religion is mine.~!
6. that I am aware of my Lord and ways of getting closer to him...He guided me to his religion and I am thankful...I am trying to be a better muslim studying with scholars so that I can learn and practice Islam properly...I am also 9 weeks pregnant and would like to pass on the knowledge to my children free of culture and ignorance Insha Allah.
7. Salam, To be the most kind, most honest person i can be. To not hurt others, to not be judgemental to others. Inshallah i accomplish these things. I'll let others be the judge if i passed or not. Eventually Allah will judge if it was enough. Peace, Tiffy
