Is stoning women and Honour killing in Iran, violating of human right by Islamic law?

A leading Iranian human rights lawyer and Persian Journal Iran zan woman news , say that the hardline Islamic regime is still using medieval punishments on its people, including the stoning of women for adultery and the torture of dissidents. Also omen in Pakistan live in fear. They face death by shooting, burning or killing with axes if they are deemed to have brought shame on the family. They are killed for supposed 'illicit' relationships, for marrying men of their choice, for divorcing abusive husbands. They are even murdered by their kin if they are raped as they are thereby deemed to have brought shame on their family. This is a rule that hizballa wants to implement in Lebanon if they get to power!!! Don’t you think UN should do something against barbaric act as the Islamic Shari e rules?

1. I think the UN should be doing a lot of things to change the world. But a toothless clawess tiger can only try and gum you to death.

They are killed for supposed 'illicit' relationships, for marrying men of their choice (in Islam if a women refuses to marry a man they should never marry and forcing the marriage is prohibited), for divorcing abusive husbands (women r encouraged to divorce their abusive husbands and allowed to marry again and again unlike Christianity which says clearly the women who marry again is committing adultery and should be put 2 death according to the bible). They are even murdered by their kin if they are raped as they are thereby deemed to have brought shame on their family.(if the woman was raped its prohibited to do anything to harm her unlike the bible which says if she doesn't scream hard enough 4 others to hear her she should be put to death) This is a rule that Hezbollah wants to implement in Lebanon if they get to power!!! (now i see why u have been bashing Islam and Muslims) Don’t you think UN should do something against barbaric act of the bible OT/NT rules?
