Why do Islamic Countries Not Allow Yahoo, Google etc internet service providers access to their citizens?

Except for Indonesia, Yahoo is not allowed in any Islamic country e.g.. Pakistan, Nigeria, Sudan, Chhad, Somalia, Egypt, Saudi Arabia. Kuwait, Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, Jordan, Palestine, Bangladesh, Turkey, etc etc Why are Islamic countries' leaders so afraid to allow their citizens to exchange ideas, news and information with the rest of the world? Are they afraid of democracy or would pictures of beautiful white girls in thongs with smooth clean shaven legs make their own girls drop the Moslem head to toe dress called the hijab and go topless on the beaches to pleas their men who would otherwise start lusting after the white beauties? If Moslems dont like the internet then why are so many of them on the internet in the West espousing Islamic values that actually call for abolishing the internet! Are Moslems confused, suppressed by their leaders, not ready for democracy or just bald faced hypocrites?

6. Yahoo. Google are allowed in Bangladesh. It is a moderate Muslim country.
7. first of all who told u that they are not allowed? they are allowed and many muslims of thes countries are using yahoo, google msn etc. 2ndly its true that islamic countries lack democracy, and yes they are hypocrates. 3rdly if u get the data of surfing u will see that majority of muslims surf nude sites.
8. we have full access here in Jordan to yahoo or google. as Internet provider no more companies are allowed whatever they are cuz we already have 11 ISPs so no need for more so what's ur point again?
